General Project Description:

The Chihuly Garden & Glass Exhibit project included a Fibertite re-roof and McNichol’s ECO-MESH® green wall with some minor bentonite waterproofing and a garden green roof. The roofing system was primarily fully adhered 50 mil Fibertite over mechanically fastened DensPrime and 7” (2’+2”+3”) polyiso over existing metal decking. The green roof areas were ballasted fleeceback Fibertite over full tapered ISO over metal decking. Bentonite waterproofing was installed at a few below-grade retaining walls. We also used Fibertite on the glass house canopy roof.
