General Project Description:

A landmark, multi-story, steep sloped/turret facility with over 100 plus years of colorful history, located adjacent to the Tacoma waterfront, was completely renovated. Cobra installed 40,000 square feet of Malarky composition shingles on the six story steep sloped/turret roof areas, removed and completely restored over 164 custom copper finials, custom copper flashings, plaza paver water-proofing assemblies, a membrane roof system with “Profile Ribs” to provide a unique appearance on the barrel roof design.
